Tom is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and received his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Franciscan University of Steubenville. In his internship experience at Chrysalis Health, Tom worked with adolescent and adult clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Tom utilizes evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and positive psychology principles to help individuals reach their fullest potential. Tom believes in a holistic approach to counseling, establishing a safe and comfortable atmosphere in which individuals can achieve their emotional, physical, spiritual, and mental health goals. Tom works with individuals 16 years old and up as well as couples.
