BEAUTY MARKS
A small group for Middle School and High School girls to learn how to identify and ask for what they need,
discern who is relationally safe, become better equipped to regulate their emotions and how to cope when life

CHARTING YOUR PATH TOGETHER
A group for engaged or newly married couples which will utilize an assessment called SYMBIS which focuses on creating emotionally healthy marriages.  Couples will be equipped with a better understanding of themselves,  their partners and how to navigate conflicts that arise while living life together.  Contact    craig@plantingseedsntx.com for more details.

COPING WITH CHAOS
This group will create an opportunity to name, understand and begin to master the inner critic that creates chaos in your life.  It is facilitated for males ages 14-18yo.  Participants will learn to better manage life stressors and pressures, navigate the demands placed on them by others, identify and overcome negative self-talk, utilize skills to assist with relaxation and discover they are not alone in experiencing struggle.  Contact craig@plantingseedsntx.com for more details.

KEEP CALM AND SURVIVE MIDDLE SCHOOL
Get a head start on some middle school hacks this summer in a group facilitated by a former middle school counselor.  Your child will be better equipped to take on the challenges of this significant transition by learning organizational tools, social skill necessities, new communication skills, how to set and achieve goals, and how to navigate middle school relationships.  Contact nick@plantingseedsntx.com for more details.

A SURE THING: DATE NIGHT WITH A PURPOSE
