Sara Rose is a Licensed Professional Counselor who graduated from Amberton University with a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling. She has experience providing counseling services to a variety of individuals, particularly adolescents, in various settings within the community and in schools. Sara enjoys helping others while using a collaborative and compassionate approach to counseling in an effort to foster hope, healing and resilience.

As a School Counselor and a parent of tweens and teens, she enjoys helping others walk through what can be a very stressful time. Sara is very passionate about helping others learn and develop skills so they can live a healthy and productive life.

Sara resides in Aubrey, TX with her 3 children. When she is not at a sporting event, tournament, or concert, she enjoys watching TV with her dog.
