Believing that there is good to be had in life, I am passionate about helping my clients along the journey towards happiness that suits them best. I have worked with presenting concerns of trauma, depression, fear/anxiety, grief, and life transitions. Believing it is important to own our own story, I enjoy helping clients let go of self-doubt, anxiety, and powerlessness. In their place, a cultivation of self-compassion, strength, and love of self can be transformative in our lives.

I feel it is important not to place any individual in a box, and while each person has a unique journey, they also follow a unique path to healing and restoration. For me, it is an honor to play a part in this process. Formal education, personal experience, and training have equipped me to counsel adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups and I utilize a variety of modalities.

I work closely with betrayal trauma, childhood trauma, attachment, and addiction. I incorporate techniques from DBT and, as a fully trained EMDR therapist, I am able to work with a variety of trauma issues, utilizing an attachment and family of origin orientation.

When not working, I love spending time with my adult children and an amazing group of friends. Life is meant to be lived and where there is connection, there is happiness.
