Jessica is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. She received her Master’s in Counseling from Southern Methodist University. Jessica has experience working with a variety of clients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She enjoys working with individuals, couples, families, and groups.

Jessica believes in providing a safe environment where people can feel empowered to explore their strengths to help them overcome the obstacles in their life. She uses a strengths-based approach and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist people in creating transformation in their lives. Jessica provides Christian counseling upon request to help individuals be their authentic self while growing in a deeper relationship with God. Jessica has a passion for working with young adults to help them discover their purpose and reach their full potential.
