Jennifer Stripling, MS, MEd, LPC

Jennifer Stripling, Prosper kids play counselorJennifer is licensed as an LPC. She began her professional journey 27 years ago as a Child Life Specialist after receiving her BA in Psychology from Texas A&M and MS in Early Childhood Disorders from UT Dallas. She worked as a Child Life Specialist at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas, then the Presbyterian Hospital of Plano. She then received her MEd degree in Counseling and Play Therapy from the University of North Texas has enjoyed serving children and families in a counseling role.

Jennifer has been happily married for the past 26 years to her best friend and has one wonderful daughter. She believes that our families and past experiences shape us into who we become as adults and, through the application of her experience, education and faith looks forward to assisting North Texas families in learning to create healthy experiences in their lives. Jennifer is currently a member in good standing with the American Counseling Association and the Texas Counseling Association. Jennifer lives in McKinney, Texas with her family.
