Eric Loveless, MEd, LPC

Eric is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas.  Eric is proud to be a lifelong Texan who was born and raised in Paris, Texas.  He graduated from Texas A&M Commerce, with a B.S. in Elementary Education and obtained his M.Ed. in Administration.  He has been in the educational field for 15 years, currently spending the last seven of those years serving adolescents as a school counselor.  Eric found his niche in the counseling field and chose to pursue his M.A. in Professional Counseling.  He currently works with clients 12 years and up.

Eric has a passion for working with tweens and teens and their parents.  As a counselor, he supports many adolescents who are experiencing stress, depression, suicidal ideation and anxiety.  He assists them with acquiring or improving their communication skills, educates them on how to nurture healthy relationships, encourages them to learn to manage their time wisely and offers tools to aid in managing the stress of being a tween or teen in our world today.   Eric is skilled at meeting clients right where they are and creating a space where they are comfortable in exploring the possibilities of  where they might want to go.  He equips them with the tools necessary to live a healthy and productive life.

Eric also specializes in working with those who are experiencing or love someone who is experiencing chronic or long term illness.  He is gifted in his ability to journey through the depression and grief that can often accompany those who walk this path.

Eric has been married for 12 years and has two daughters. He and his family enjoy traveling, spending time with friends and family, and loving on their two dogs.
